1O YEARS is no small feat for a small business like ours! To celebrate we have christened our all new and absolutely fantastic SNIFF & PLAY YARD this summer! 6400 sq/ft of dog heaven right here at our facility.
Not only does the new SNIFF & PLAY YARD provide new grounds to explore and run in for our guests, but it also features a sand box to dig, a pool to swim and cool down and large tractor tires to climb through and play hide and seek.
The benefits of this addition to our facility are included in the daily rate and every dog staying here will get to enjoy them once a day.
As you know, we care about the physical and mental well being of our guest dogs and have found that sniffing in the grass and the one-on-one time is the best remedy for dogs suffering from anxiety or stress caused by the absence of their owners and the stimulation of the other dogs. We promote calmness in the kennel and go above and beyond to help all the pups feel at home here.
Additionally we offer extra services such as walks, dugout swim times and enrichment sessions. All of those ad-ons help our guest dogs to settle in and gain confidence in their temporary home. Please ask our staff for more info on these extra services. Your pup will love them!
Elevation Dogs was founded in 2013 by Aaron and Eva Peck. Aaron and Eva began boarding dogs in their garage, and began building trust with dog owners from all over the Peace Country. In 2016 the new home was built for Elevation and the Peck family. The unique building design has the family and the client dogs stay under the same roof, separated only by one door! Elevation continues to thrive and has been Grande Prairie's top rated boarding kennel for several years.
We continue to educate ourselves and remain in close communication with our trusted veterinarians and other pet care professionals.
Elevation is fully insured and licensed and has current Dog First Aid.
Eva is a certified Pro Dog Trainer by Absolute Dogs and promotes Game Based Concept Training. Her passion lies in helping owners and their dogs build trust and confidence with an unbreakable bond.
Elevation has always taken dog boarding and daycare to another level. We believe in interactive dog care, whether short or long term, where your dog is given the space to be a dog and socialize with other dogs if suitable. Elevation always makes the time to provide your dog with the individual care he or she needs on a personal level. After all, every dog is a unique individual and deserves to be treated that way!
We work hard to create an environment where all dogs can thrive by providing the right balance between exercise and fun and quality down time. We purposefully implement nap times throughout the day to counter the stimulation the dogs experience during the other parts of the day.
Aaron and Eva began Elevation Dogs in 2013 shortly after their wedding. Now with, Clancy, Sunny, Jocko and Soleil the Peck family is complete and one more dog crazy than the other. Aaron has raised his team of sled dogs since the age of 13. Eva has trained dogs since early childhood and specializes in companion dog training. They passed on their love and passion for dogs to all four children.
Bonnie loves dogs and people! Her commitment in maintaining excellency in all aspects of dog care and client care are amazing!
There are few things Sarah enjoys more in this life than dogs! A lifelong dog lover, Sarah cares deeply about creating a safe and fun environment for the pups in her care. An environment where every pup receives the attention and love they deserve.

Annie is our beloved pet and has been part of our family since before we got married. She is a Jack Russel Terrier from Montana, born on a dog sled during a snow storm. You wouldn't know it though as her favorite place has always been cuddled up on the couch with her favorite people. She is 12 years old.
Buck is our sonny boy! He is a reserve mutt we rescued at 6 months of age, loaded with parasites and barely alive. He has since put on some weight and developed a fun and goofy personality. He is now 8 years old, loves to swim and explore the pastures with the children.
Che used to be the problem child for the previous owner but has turned out to be a wonderful addition to our family and we cherish him and his quirky personality. Che is a Belgian Shepherd, specifically a Groenendael. We love him so much we got him a herd of sheep. He is now 6 years old.
Brava is our youngest dog at two years of age. We got her as a pup and she has developed into an amazing guardian dog just like her breed, the Maremma, is meant to. She has kept all our sheep safe on 160 acres for the last year but not only that, she has also stolen our hearts with her sweetness.
